What we do

Services

We do all the work ourselves, from survey to maintenance. Other low-voltage systems, such as access control and barriers, by arrangement.

  • Site survey and design

    We visit the site, plan camera positions, viewing angles and cable routes, and size the recorder for the retention period you need.

  • Installation

    We install IP cameras, cabling, PoE switches and the video recorder. Cables are labelled and mounts are done properly.

  • Configuration and remote access

    We set up recording schedules, motion detection and user permissions. You view cameras on your phone over a secure connection, with no open ports.

  • Network security

    Cameras on a separate network segment, firewall rules and firmware updates, so a camera never becomes a way into your network.

  • Maintenance

    With a maintenance contract: a quarterly check-up and continuous remote monitoring of cameras, recording, disks and firmware. We find faults before you need the footage.

  • Audit of an existing system

    We review a system that is already installed, find the weak points and propose fixes. Where possible we keep existing cables and working cameras, including analogue ones via a hybrid recorder.

  • Intercoms

    Audio and video intercom systems for private homes, apartment associations and businesses.

  • Wi-Fi and local networks

    Wi-Fi and wired networks for homes, offices and warehouses. The same team that builds the camera network.

We choose the camera for the task: an overview, a face, a number plate or a perimeter in the dark.

  • Dome

    For indoors and stairwells. Discreet, with vandal-resistant models available.

  • Bullet

    For facades, gates and yards. Long range, and visible enough to deter.

  • 360° fisheye

    One camera covers a whole hall, warehouse or open-plan office.

  • PTZ

    Pan, tilt and optical zoom for large areas. Complements fixed cameras rather than replacing them.

  • Number plate recognition (LPR)

    For entrances and car parks: an entry log and allowed-vehicle lists.

  • Thermal

    Perimeter protection in total darkness and fog. Detects people, but can't identify them.

We only use proven manufacturers. Every camera goes on an isolated network with no direct internet connection.

    We discuss what needs to be covered and visit the site.

  2. Quote

    You get a written quote: camera positions, equipment, work and a fixed price.

  3. Installation

    We install and configure the system at an agreed time, with as little disruption to your day as possible.

  4. Handover

    We show you how to view and export footage, and hand over documentation and passwords securely.

Personal data

CCTV and personal data

Camera footage showing people is personal data. We build the system to follow the GDPR and the guidance of the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

We are responsible for the technical solution. For a legal assessment of your situation, consult a lawyer.

Do you work across Estonia?

Yes, we install and maintain systems anywhere in Estonia.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the site. A smaller site usually takes 1–2 days; the exact time is in the quote.

Can I watch cameras on my phone?

Yes. We set up the app and a secure connection, so only you and the people you choose can see the cameras.

Do you work with existing cameras?

Yes. We review the system first and tell you what can stay and what is worth replacing.

What does maintenance include?

A quarterly check-up and continuous remote monitoring: we check that cameras are online, recording runs and disks are healthy, and update firmware when needed.

What warranty do you give?

Installed systems come with a 1-year warranty. An extended warranty is available as a separate offer.

How much does CCTV cost?

The price depends on the number of cameras, the amount of cabling and the equipment. After the survey you get a written fixed-price quote.

How long is footage kept?

As long as is justified and the recorder capacity allows. We calculate the required capacity during design.
